SHIPPING DETAILS 

Delivery methods and costs

All our shipments are made by Colissimo, Mondial Relay (France, Overseas and International) and Letter Followed (depending on the article).

For purchases shipped in metropolitan France or outside metropolitan France, the shipping costs are calculated automatically during the validation of the order according to the weight of the item (s) shipped, and are added to the total amount of the order. ordered.

Delivery zones

Artworks By delivers to the following countries: 

  • In mainland France and in the French overseas departments and territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyana, Réunion, Mayotte, Saint-Pierre and Miquelon, Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthélémy, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna, French Southern and Antarctic Lands )

Purchases shipped outside the European Union may be subject to VAT and other customs charges upon arrival at destination. These costs are not included in our price and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery

Receipt of orders Colissimo are generally carried out on D + 2 (working days) and Mondial Relay D + 3 (working days) after shipment to mainland France. For the Followed Letter, reception on D + 2 / D + 4 (working days).

For other countries, the times noted range from 5 to 7 days. 

You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped. 

Delivery dates are always provided for information only and do not constitute a commitment on our part, certain variations beyond our control that may be observed in the delivery times provided by Colissimo or Mondial Relay. 

Shipment tracking

A parcel tracking number will be sent to you in the dispatch confirmation email for your order.

If despite the follow-up, your order does not reach you, contact us by e-mail at contact @artworksby.com mentioning your order number, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Damaged package 

We advise you to always check the condition of the package in front of the delivery person. In the event of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery. 

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

According to Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the date of delivery of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and thus return us an item that does not suit you in order to to have it refunded to you.

Return fees

If you change your mind about your purchase or the item does not suit you, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. 

In the event of an order returned due to an error on our part regarding the content or defective item, we will cover the return costs by sending you a prepaid Colissimo label by email.

Procedure to follow to make a return

Before anything else, be sure to contact us in order to inform us of your intention to proceed with a return, specifying: your order number, the item (s) to be returned, and the reason for the return. No return, exchange or refund will be accepted without initial validation of the procedure by email.

After confirmation from us, a return number will be assigned to you and you can send your package to:

The returned item (s) must be in perfect condition, have never been used, be in their original packaging, be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or delivery slip), and mention the return number that will have been communicated to you.

Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item and notify you of our decision on whether to approve or reject your request for an exchange or refund. If the request is accepted, we will exchange or refund the returned items within 15 working days of receipt of your shipment.

Exchange

In the event of a return due to an error in the contents of the delivery or a defective item, we can offer you an exchange and send you back an item similar to the one originally ordered, subject to availability. 

In case of withdrawal the exchange is not possible, you must first be reimbursed and then place a new order if you wish.
